  • Excellent use and administration of computers under different operatig systems: Linux, Windows, *NIX ( FreeBSD, NetBSD, Solaris).
  • Excellent software development end engineering skills using the following programming languages: C, C++, Python, Bash scripting, Cmake compiling system, Qt cross-platform framework.
  • Previous experiences in development of chemoinformatics software ( molecular subgraph isomorph finder, PCA/PLS calculator, etc.. ). See in "software" section.
  • Good previous experience using various chemical simulation software (Volsurf+, Flap, Glue, Autodock, Namd, VMD, Pymol, Orca, Gaussian, mpqc, Gromacs, etc.).
